At present Sky Go isn't supported on Chromebooks so you might run into issues from time to time. With regards to Gangs of London this would be because the series is both on Catchup and Boxsets so while you should be able to watch the episode after it has been shown each week it isn't always possible especially on mobile device so I'm afraid the only way would be to add either the Boxset
Within the site when it states manage Sky devices, the link does not work. States it took too long to respond. This is using Samsung internet on a Samsung note 10 phone.

While on your browser go to go.sky.com and click ‘Sign in’. Log in to your Sky account using your Sky ID and Password. If you haven’t got an account click the ‘Sign up’ button. Select the ‘My Sky’ tab at the top and choose ‘Sky Go PIN’. Here you can choose the access level for all your Sky Go devices.
